- I’ll send a proposal outlining scope and next steps.
- When everything’s agreed to, we schedule your unpack.

Unpacking and organizing can get you settled into your new home. Move-In Concierge takes it a step further.
For clients who want more of the move-in process handled before they arrive, I can take care of the everyday details that turn a newly unpacked house into a home that’s actually ready to live in.
Depending on your needs, Move-In Concierge services may include unpacking and organizing, kitchen and closet setup, pantry and household-essential stocking, establishing backstock, and preparing the spaces you’ll use from day one.
Maybe you want the kitchen fully functional, your preferred household essentials already in place, and the pantry stocked. Maybe you want your closets organized, bathrooms set up, and the boxes gone before you walk through the door. Or maybe you need something completely different.
That’s why Move-In Concierge isn’t a one-size-fits-all package. The scope is built around your home, your routines, and how much you want handled.
You’ve already managed the move. You shouldn’t have to spend the next few weeks recovering from it.

Investment
Unpacking and settling into a new home can involve a lot of small decisions. I step in to make them easier, whether you need hands-on unpacking and organizing or a more comprehensive move-in setup.
Unpacking & Organizing is offered at $150 per hour with a four-hour minimum.
Move-In Concierge is customized to the scope of your project. Your investment is determined after consultation based on the level of setup, planning, sourcing, coordination, and hands-on support you’d like handled. Purchases and third-party expenses are separate.
Both services are available throughout Henry County and South Metro Atlanta, with continued service in the San Francisco Bay Area and travel available for select projects.
