Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent OCbyD from sending necessary transactional or service-related messages.
Message and data rates may apply.
8) Photographs, Videos, Testimonials, and Project Content
OCbyD may document projects for operational purposes, including project planning, progress tracking, inventory creation, or communication with a client.
Photographs, videos, testimonials, reviews, before-and-after content, or identifying project details will not be used publicly for marketing without permission.

Virtual sessions are not recorded by OCbyD unless the client is informed and permission is obtained.

Retention periods may vary according to the type of information, the service provided, legal requirements, and legitimate business needs.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, OCbyD may delete, erase, anonymize, shred, or otherwise securely dispose of it using methods appropriate to the format and sensitivity of the information.
12) Data Security
OCbyD uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures may include password protection, access controls, secure third-party systems, multifactor authentication where available, and limited access to client information.
No website, email account, cloud platform, storage method, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. You share information electronically at your own risk.

15) Children’s Privacy
The website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
OCbyD does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the website. If a parent or guardian believes a child has submitted personal information, please contact hello@ocbyd.com so the information can be reviewed and deleted when appropriate.
Information about household members provided by an adult client will be used only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.
16) Social Media and Third-Party Links
The website may include links to social-media platforms, payment services, scheduling tools, shops, directories, or other third-party websites.
OCbyD is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or data practices of third parties. Visiting or interacting with those services is subject to their own policies and terms.
