Hi, I’m Dafina, your calm, clarity-driven move management go-to.
I handle the details that make moving overwhelming, from planning and light packing to coordinating movers and setting up your new space. Whether you need full move management, expert unpacking, or help settling in quickly, I make the process smooth, efficient, and grounded.
Short notice and next-day support may be available depending on scope.
How Does This Work?
- First, you schedule a free virtual consultation so we can talk about your project.
- Then, we pick a date and time to do an in-person walkthrough. This will help me gauge the true scope of the project and assess what will be needed and what the timeframe will be.
- I will write a proposal and send it to you within 48 – 36 hours (I want to ensure everything you need is in it!) and send you my Info-Contract for review.
- When all has been agreed to and the paperwork signed, we begin!
Depending upon how comfortable you are, you can be there in person every step of the way or anywhere you like (seriously, I’ve worked with many clients who were in other countries during their move). It’s up to you how involved you want to be; I ask that you be available when questions arise via phone or email.
We’ll determine beforehand if I need to bring another organizer or two.
What’s Included?
Besides my dry humor, calm demeanor, eye for detail, and ability to remember where that one bag was months after the move?
- I’ll be toting the knowledge of nearly a decade of working with three high-end move management companies (my own being the fourth) and over 150+ moves( in-state, out-of-state, internationally)
- Go through each space, offering insights on the following categories:
- Keep
- Donate
- Discard
- Using a colored dot system to indicate where each item is going( creating a legend is a must!)
- Light packing (certain drawers, bags, shoes, etc.)
- Coordinating and overseeing vendors and logistics (Packing, handyman, art handler, electrician, etc.)
- Ensuring all signatures are attained and paperwork given to the correct parties in a timely fashion
- Keeping you in the loop without the overwhelm.
- Helping you step into your new space with more calm, clarity, and confidence — so it truly feels like your next chapter.
Investment
Moving is a lot–logistics, packing, coordinating movers and other vendors, and settling in. That’s where I come in.

At $150 per hour, I provide calm, hands-on move management support: packing, unpacking, coordinating movers, and setting up your new space so it actually feels livable.
I manage the details so you don’t have to. There is a 4-hour minimum.
