I manage the details of your move from start to finish, working with movers to make sure everything is packed, handled, and set up in a way that actually works.
Short notice and next-day support may be available depending on scope.
What You Can Expect
Besides my dry humor, calm demeanor, eye for detail, and ability to remember where that one bag was months after the move?
- Nearly a decade of experience working with three high-end move management companies, with my own being the fourth, and over 150 moves completed in-state, out-of-state, and internationally

- A color-coded system to track where everything is going, with a clear legend so nothing gets lost
- Light packing support for select items such as wardrobe, bags, and shoes
- Coordinating and overseeing movers and other vendors, including packing teams, handy people, and specialty services
- Making sure paperwork is completed and in the right hands on time
- Keeping you informed without overwhelming you
- Helping you step into your new space feeling more settled, clear, and confident so it actually feels like home
How Does This Work?
- First, you schedule a consultation so we can talk about your project.
- Then, we pick a date and time to do an in-person walkthrough. This will help me gauge the true scope of the project and assess what will be needed and what the timeframe will be.
- I’ll send a detailed proposal and Info-Contract outlining the scope of work and next steps. More straightforward moves are turned around quickly, while more complex projects may take a bit longer.
- When all has been agreed to and the paperwork signed, we begin.
Depending on your comfort level, you can be as involved as you’d like, or completely hands-off. I’ve worked with clients who were present every step of the way and others who were in different states or countries during their move.
I just ask that you’re available by phone or email when questions come up.
We’ll determine ahead of time if additional support is needed, including bringing in another organizer if the scope requires it.
Level of Support
Every move is different, and the level of support is tailored to what you actually need.
Some clients want full move management from start to finish, including decluttering, system setup, packing oversight, and complete unpacking.
Others may only need support during specific phases, such as directing movers, organizing the unpack, or setting up key areas of the home.
We determine the right level of involvement during your consultation, so you get the support you need without overcomplicating the process.
Investment
Moving comes with a lot of moving parts. I step in to bring structure to it.
I oversee and handle move support across the Atlanta Metro Area and surrounding communities, bringing in additional support for larger or more complex projects as needed. My rate is $150 per hour with a four-hour minimum.
Whether you want support alongside you or prefer to hand it off completely, I manage the details so your move feels clear, organized, and actually manageable.
