Do you still work with Bay Area clients?

Yes. OCbyD continues to serve clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including Silicon Valley, the Peninsula, East Bay, San Francisco, Marin County, and Wine Country. Travel arrangements are discussed during the consultation process.

Are travel costs included in Bay Area projects?

Projects requiring airfare, lodging, or extended travel may include travel-related expenses. Any applicable travel arrangements are discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Do I need to clean before our session?

No. Please don’t feel the need to tidy up before we meet. Seeing the space as it normally functions helps me understand what’s working, what’s not, and where support will have the biggest impact.

What if I’m embarrassed by the state of my home?

You are not alone. Many clients call when they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. My role is to provide practical, judgment-free support focused on solutions, not criticism.

How long does the process take?

Every project is different. Some clients benefit from a single reset session, while others need ongoing support for larger organizing, relocation, downsizing, or life transition projects. We’ll discuss your goals during the consultation.

Do you provide organizing products?

Recommendations can be provided when needed, but the focus is always on creating systems that fit how you actually live rather than filling a space with containers.
