Some clients need experienced support with a defined part of the move. Others need someone managing the entire process, coordinating vendors, tracking decisions, and keeping the details moving. Some want to arrive at a new home that is unpacked, organized, stocked, connected, and ready to live in. OCbyD builds the scope around the level of responsibility you want to hand off.
Short-notice support may be available for clearly defined projects, depending on scope and location.

Move Support, Move Management, and Move-In Concierge solve three different problems. Your consultation determines where you want OCbyD to step in and how much of the process you want to hand off.
Move Support
Focused help with a defined part of the relocation, such as planning, sorting decisions, packing oversight, mover preparation, delivery tracking, or hands-on support. You remain in charge of the overall move while OCbyD strengthens the areas that need experienced attention.
Move Management
Full-cycle coordination for clients who do not want to direct every vendor, deadline, access detail, and decision themselves. Depending on scope, I manage timelines, movers, building requirements, installers, utilities, Wi-Fi, pet planning, communication, and the many details that connect one stage of the move to the next.
Move-In Concierge
For clients who want more than boxes emptied. Your new home can be unpacked, organized, stocked with household essentials, connected, and prepared for a functional first night. The goal is for you to arrive and begin living, not begin another week of setup.

How Does This Work?
1. First, we talk. Schedule a consultation so you can tell me what’s happening, where you are in the moving process, what’s already been handled, and where you need support.
2. Then, we determine the right level of support. If you need hands-on help with packing, unpacking, organizing, or setting up your new home, we can keep things straightforward. If you need OCbyD involved in coordinating or managing the relocation itself, I’ll assess the scope, timeline, logistics, and staffing needed.
3. For managed moves, I’ll create a custom proposal. Move Support & Management is priced according to the scope and complexity of your relocation. Your proposal will clearly outline what OCbyD will handle, anticipated staffing, and next steps.
4. Once your proposal is approved and your booking is complete, we get to work. You can be as involved as you’d like or as hands-off as you need to be. I’ve worked with clients who were present every step of the way and others who were in different states or countries during their move.
You’ll only hear from me when a decision genuinely needs your input. Otherwise, I’ll keep the project moving.
If additional support is needed, we’ll determine that ahead of time whenever possible and bring in additional OCbyD team members based on the scope, timeline, and needs of your project.

Move Support & Management is custom priced based on the scope and complexity of your relocation, timeline, location, logistics, and any additional team support needed.
After we talk through your move and determine what OCbyD will be responsible for, you’ll receive a clear proposal outlining the scope of work and investment before anything begins.
