Hi, I’m Dafina, your calm, clarity-driven move management go-to.
I handle the details that make moving overwhelming, from planning and light packing to coordinating movers and setting up your new space. Whether you need full move management, expert unpacking, or help settling in quickly, I keep the process smooth, efficient, and grounded.
Short notice and next-day support may be available depending on scope.
How Does This Work?
- First, you schedule a consultation so we can talk about your project.
- Then, we pick a date and time to do an in-person walkthrough. This will help me gauge the true scope of the project and assess what will be needed and what the timeframe will be.
- I’ll send a detailed proposal and Info-Contract once I’ve assessed the full scope. More straightforward moves are turned around quickly, while more complex projects may take a bit longer.
- When all has been agreed to and the paperwork signed, we begin.
Depending on your comfort level, you can be as involved as you’d like, or completely hands-off. I’ve worked with clients who were present every step of the way and others who were in different states or countries during their move.
I just ask that you’re available by phone or email when questions come up.
We’ll determine ahead of time if additional support is needed, including bringing in another organizer if the scope requires it.

- A color-coded system to track where everything is going, with a clear legend so nothing gets lost
- Light packing support for select items such as drawers, bags, and shoes
- Coordinating and overseeing movers and other vendors, including packing teams, handymen, and specialty services
- Making sure paperwork is completed and in the right hands on time
- Keeping you informed without overwhelming you
- Helping you step into your new space feeling more settled, clear, and confident so it actually feels like home

At $150 per hour, I provide hands-on move support and management, including packing, unpacking, coordinating movers, and setting up your space so it actually feels livable.
